We are now accepting registrations.  Please use the button to the right to be directed to our online registration form where you can submit all your details, conference preferences/requirements and workshop selections. 

Cost and Payments

FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATION

Includes all shared accommodation, workshops, keynote speakers, meals, morning and afternoon teas, Friday night anniversary celebrations and cocktail party hosted by Gary McCormack, Saturday Christchurch Escapades, Saturday themed dinner with MC John Cowan and live entertainment, and airport transfers if required:

• $250.00 for registration received before 31 AUGUST 2010
• $275.00 for late registration received after 1 SEPTEMBER 2010

PARTIAL REGISTRATION DETAILS

• $50.00 for Friday Evening (30th NZMBA Anniversary celebrations and presentations, Cocktail party hosted by Gary McCormack - includes canapes and refreshments)
• $75.00 for Saturday Day (keynote speaker, workshops, morning and afternoon tea and lunch)
• $65.00 for Saturday Evening ("Blooming multiples in the garden city" themed formal dinner with refreshments, MC John Cowan followed by live entertainment)
• $75.00 for Dad's Only Afternoon + Saturday Evening Combo (just for the men (R18+), Saturday 2-5pm with guest speaker Daryl Gibson et al, plus Saturday Evening as listed above)
• $75.00 for Sunday Day (keynote speaker, workships, morning and afternoon tea and lunch)

PAYMENT METHODS

Please note that registrations (inlcuding any special requests and workshop preferences) will be processed on  first in first served basis only once full payment has been received. 

Payment can be made using the following methods:

• CHEQUE - please make payable to "CMBC - Conference 2010" and send to PO Box 30119, St Martins, Christchurch 8246
• INTERNET BANKING - Westpac Account No. 03-1700-0269486-000 and please use your SURNAME and CLUB as reference
